Impact
The system served 20+ international clients across four facilities. It is an important part of my story because it shows that my infrastructure work is grounded in software and business workflows, not only tickets, vendors, and administration.
Why it still matters
Platform and DevOps work is easier to do well when you understand what applications are trying to accomplish. This project gave me that foundation: data models, user workflows, uptime pressure, reporting needs, and the operational messiness that software has to absorb.
